Characteristics
Hot-dip aluminized steel sheet combines the mechanicalproperties of cold-rolled steel sheet with aluminum’shigh resistance retention, heat reflection, andsuperior rust resistance.
Superior heat resistance
Lengthy exposure to temperatures up to 450 degreesCelsius causes very little change in ALCOT anddoes not affect its attractive surface brightness,compared with galvanized steel sheet and cold-rolledsteel sheet.
Superior heat reflectivity
The highly elegant surface of ALCOT reflects about80% of the heat at a temperature of 450 degreesCelsius. Its reflection rate goes up to 95% whereinfrared rays are present. This makes ALCOT theideal choice for producing the heat reflectorplates in toasters, ovens, gas ranges and oilstoves.
