Prepaintedsteel sheet is coated with organic layer, whichprovides higher anti-corrosion property and a longerlifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.
The base metals for prepainted steel sheet consistof cold rolled, HDG, electro-galvanized and hot-dipalu-zinc coated.
The finish coats of prepainted steel sheets canbe classified into groups as follows: polyester,silicon modified polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride,high-durability polyester, etc.
Prepainted steel plate refers that after the surfacepretreatment of base plate, covering one layer ortwo layers (more than two layers when necessary)organic coating on the surface with the method ofcontinuous roller coating; and then conduct dryingand solidifying.
The color of prepainted steel sheet has a verywide selection, like orange, cream-colored, darksky blue, sea blue, bright red, brick red, ivorywhite, porcelain blue, etc.
The prepainted steel sheets can also be classifiedinto groups by their surface textures, namely regularprepainted sheets, embossed sheets and printed sheets.
The prepainted steel sheets are mainly providedfor various commercial purposes covering construction,household appliance, light industry, machinery,electronics and other industries.
